I joined DAMM in February 2017, looking for new challenges. Having experience with TETRA from Formula 1, I wanted to be part of a technical environment to develop my skills. As a project manager, I enjoy working with international customers and support our Partners worldwide. I really like the open-minded and friendly working environment at DAMM. It's almost like Greece!
I studied engineering at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) and spent my sixth semester doing an internship here at DAMM. It was five valuable months where I was given the opportunity to put my theoretical knowledge into practice in different departments such as production, support and R&D. Everyone really made an effort at making me feel like an equal part of the team – so much so that I decided to apply for a job here after my graduation!
I started working in the production at DAMM in 1989 and am one of the longest-serving employees. During my time here I’ve carried out most functions in the production, but am now mainly working with circuit boards. Work never gets boring – and if it does, we can always talk to our foreman about switching functions or learning new skills, which is a real treat! So is the great relationship I have with my colleagues – they're like a second family!
None of what we've achieved at DAMM would have been possible without our dedicated employees, who do an incredible job and have a great time doing it. Our success is the result of a true team effort, and we're proud of the results we've created.
