The public tender for replacement of an existing analogue radio equipment at the Scottish Prison Service was secured with DAMM's TetraFlex® infrastructure through the UK based partner PMR Products.
In total 15 systems were supplied to the Scottish Prison Service, who operates 14 prisons, with more than 8000 prisoners.
The TetraFlex® system together with PMR Products SafetyNet Digital Radio Management facility provides the radio operator with a host of functions to give the essential information and control of the communications equipment needed to run the establishment efficiently and with the tools available to handle emergency situations.
